My approach

Oversaw all production streams, managing roadmaps, key milestones, and delivery cadences across multiple campaigns.

Collaborated with localisation and international teams to ensure culturally relevant and accurate content.

Led the team’s operating rhythm by establishing clear communication structures, consistent cadences, and processes.

Supported photo and video shoot pre-production, including reviewing talent and property release forms in accordance with Canva’s intellectual property guidelines.

Consolidated review workflows into a centralised system, increasing visibility into task progress, pipeline planning, and team resourcing.

Built a custom dashboard to track Creator output and performance, shared monthly in Ops meetings to inform strategic decisions.
