Led a newly established in-house creative team, comprising of copywriters, designers, animators, and videographers.

Delivered high-quality marketing content at speed, consistent with newly developed brand guidelines.

Developed creative strategies targeting distinct audience segments: brand awareness, product-led, price-led.

Designed workflows by adapting existing tools and systems and tooling to better fit the team's specific needs.

Partnered with external media and advertising agencies to expand production capacity and amplify campaign reach.

Introduced team rituals and cadences to streamline communication and boost productivity through better engagement and alignment.
